_ We guarantee the return of any damaged product or incorrect order.

_ The return period is 24 hours from the time of receiving the product from the shipping company.

_ The buyer must contact customer service for coordination at +966505447510 or send an email to analajaji@aljazirahdates.com.sa. The team will send you the shipping label and return instructions via email or WhatsApp.

_ Upon the product's arrival at Al Moallem Dates Company, we will refund the product's price if it was paid at the time of purchase via electronic payment. This may take up to 14 days.

_ Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged dates, God forbid.

We apologize for not being able to modify any order if the discount code was not activated.

 

 Order cancellation or modification is not allowed after it has been received by the shipping company.

 

In case of order cancellation, the amount will be transferred within approximately 14 business days.
